Q What are your policies regarding MOQ and tooling fees?
MOQ: Jracking has no strict MOQ limitation. However, we recommend an order quantity suitable for at least one 20ft container (around 15 tons) for optimal pricing.
Tooling Fee: If opening a new mold is required, the tooling cost is charged prior to the first order and will be partially or fully refunded once order volumes reach a specified quantity.
