Cargo Fixation
Ropes, straps, frames and other devices secure mezzanine rack components in transport to avoid movement/collision from vibration, sudden stops or turns. Heavier parts (uprights, beams) use multi-layer reinforcement for stability.
Vibration Damping
Rubber pads, foam boards and other shock absorbers are placed at the base and around goods to absorb transit vibration, protecting the rack's surface and structure-critical for preventing coating damage on treated racks.

Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a manufactory for storage rack. Our factory is located in Dezhou City, Shandong Province, China. You can contact our representative to arrange your itinerary and come for a visit directly. We sincerely welcome your visit!
Which port will be used as the loading port?
Qingdao port, or we can arrange shipment according to your specific needs.
What raw materials are used in your products?
The raw material for our normal temperature warehouse is carbon steel Q235B. For cold storage at -18°C or lower temperatures, we adopt Q345D. Other steel grades can also be customized according to your requirements.
Do you have an MOQ (minimum order quantity) limitation?
No, we do not have an MOQ requirement for most of our products. However, a 1*20ft container order is normally recommended to save freight costs and facilitate handling.
What are your payment terms and delivery time?
T/T and L/C are welcomed. Delivery time typically ranges between 15 to 30 days after receipt of the deposit, depending on the order quantity and racking types.
How are the racks installed?
We provide installation videos and installation drawings. If necessary, we can send an engineer to guide the installation or deploy an installation team on site.
